Join us for a 2-day intensive workshop, led by meditation teacher & sound practitioner, Anthony Profeta!

Sound is a form of energy that affects people in many different ways & during this weekend training you’ll gain a foundational understanding of sound & its affect on the body!
You’ll also learn the basics of how to play & work with Singing Bowls for self-practice, for private or group sound bath meditations, for yoga and meditation classes, and more….
Throughout this 2-Day experience we will look closely at the role of sound in our lives and how we can incorporate it into a meditative practice, as well as, utilize the energy to change the vibration of ourselves or others.

Sound baths & vibrational therapy can help you access deep states of meditation and relaxation, decrease anxiety & depression, as well as, bring well-being to our body, mind, and soul because sound-wave frequencies have the ability to break up blocked energy, stuck emotions, and affect the energetic & physical body in many profound ways.
We invite you to come & discover how to incorporate sound into your existing healing practices and learn how singing bowls, tuning forks, and vocal toning will positively effect physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual states.

This Journey Into Sound Training is open to ALL LEVELS of experience!

You do NOT need any singing bowls to attend this training.

There will be an opportunity to purchase singing bowls after the event.

This is a WEEKLY RECURRING GROUP MEDITATION that is open to EVERYONE at we meet at Spark of Divine, LLC in Vero Beach, Fl.

Whether you are a beginner or master meditator – please know that you are welcome to come and join us. You can sit on a floor cushion; sit in a chair; lie on a yoga mat, or whatever other position is most comfortable for you. If you have your own favorite meditation cushion please feel free to bring it with you.

This GROUP MEDITATION was created to give our community a set time & place to come and practice their meditation – regardless of the technique you are using. The total time we meditate approximately 30 minutes. And we close our group with a 5-7 minute Metta Meditation. [Metta is a loving-kindness method of meditation in which we sent out positive thoughts/energy to others & the world.]

We start promptly at 7PM and we ask as a courtesy to others that you try your best to arrive on time. If you happen to arrive a few minutes late, please enter quietly & take a seat being mindful of those around you.

Many find a GROUP MEDITATION to be a very different experience than trying to sit & meditate at home by one’s self. In fact, many beginners say they find group meditations to be extremely helpful for nurturing & sustaining a long-term practice. And this is important because in order to reap all the wonderful benefits that meditation has to offer it must be something we practice daily & continuously.

Many find Group Meditations helpful because:
1. Group Meditations provide a set time & place in which to practice without the distractions of home.
2. Many find group environments help them to stay motivated & committed to their practice. (I liken it to going to the gym with a workout partner.)
3. When meditators come together they form a group energy and many say that this energy creates a calming environment which helps their minds & bodies to relax quicker and easier, and this often leads them to deeper & more fulfilling meditations.

Therefore, come join us, for together we have the potential, through our collective energy, to create an environment which brings transformation not only to the lives of those in our group but to our world as well. I look forward to meeting & meditating with you.

A body scan or body sweeping meditation helps us reconnect to the life that’s here, right now!

In this class, meditation teacher, Anthony Profeta teaches us how to expand our mindful awareness away from the breath to include any energies, such as sensations or emotions, which arise within the framework of the body.

Whether the sensations are pleasant or unpleasant we can bring our attention to whatever life is moving through us right now with the same gentle and loving awareness that we would give the breath in a formal breath awareness practice.

The heart of this meditation practice asks two basic questions:
1. What is happening inside me right now?
2. Can I be with this or can I let this be?

It’s being aware of our being, our aliveness, that’s happening right here in this moment that leads us to healing, an opening of our heart, and an awakening of our mind.

To practice there is nothing you need to do but get comfortable, relax, and feel your own body.

Please, sign up for this class prior to 30 minutes before the start time. Signing up for this class virtually means that you will receive a link to the live class within 30 minutes prior to the class start time.

The New Moon is the beginning of the lunar cycle. It is also a wonderful time to utilize the moon’s increasing energy by channeling it into what we wish to create or build in our life. It’s a time for us to plant the seeds for whatever it is we wish to grow in the garden of our lives. The Tibetan Meditation Masters say that a New Moon is the perfect time to get in touch with our Higher Self.
During this meditation, you may lie on a mat, sit in a chair, or sit on a cushion. Just make yourself as comfortable as possible as meditation teacher, Anthony Profeta takes us on this meditative journey of healing, relaxation, & connection. The Crystal & Himalayan Bowls will be played during the entire meditation.
Suggested: Bring yoga mat or pillow.

These teachings and practices can be traced back 2500 years to the time of the historical Shakyamuni Buddha. The tantric teachings, also known as “Deity Yoga” or the “Vajrayana Path”, is part of the Mahayana Tradition. According to these teachings, a very powerful energy lies within us all. This underlying and essential nature of our being is pure and clear. The purpose of Tantric practice is to uncover and make contact with this essence and attain our highest human potential.

Tantra is considered the most advanced of all the teachings and the quick path to Buddhahood because tantra says that everything we need to be complete is within us right at this very moment. It is simply a matter of recognizing it. It also says “heaven is now! We don’t need to become deities we already are deities and so we should be living as our divine self, right now!”

Tantric practitioners strive to achieve this through the use of mantra and visualization meditation techniques.

During this workshop, you will learn:

Mindfulness shouldn’t be something limited to just a formal practice or when seated on our cushion or chair. Mindfulness should overflow into every aspect of our lives. The Five Mindfulness Trainings are one of the most concrete ways to practice mindfulness. They are nonsectarian and universal practices of presence, compassion, and understanding.

The Five Mindfulness Trainings are based on precepts developed during the time of the Buddha, but have been translated for modern times by the great Zen Master Thich Nhat Hahn. With mindfulness, we are aware of what is going on in our bodies, our feelings, our minds and the world, and we avoid doing harm to ourselves and others. When we are mindful, we can see that by refraining from doing one thing, we can prevent another thing from happening. We arrive at our own unique insight. Practicing the mindfulness trainings, therefore, helps us be more calm and concentrated, brings more insight and enlightenment to our lives, and leads to healing, transformation, and happiness for ourselves and for the world.
