EXPANDING LOVE: Guided Sound Bath

In this relaxing meditation, we will connect with and expand the love that is within us all.
During this session, Anthony Profeta, Meditation Teacher will be playing both Himalayan & Crystal bowls to help our body & mind relax so that we can achieve a deeper meditative state.
Then as the sound bath continues Anthony will guide us through an expanding love meditation in which we will connect to the love within us and then expand that love out to others & the world.
You may lie on a mat, sit in a chair, or sit on a cushion during this meditation. You simply want to make yourself as comfortable as possible as we embark on this rejuvenating and healing journey.
