We will explore how frequency interacts with our bodies to reduce stress by opening and balancing our chakras. We will examine the frequencies used by me and where they came from. I will demonstrate the use of pendulums to detect the health of our Chakras and class time for practice. I will demonstrate the use of pendulums and tuning forks for performing a Chakra Balance and then we will have practice time to balance each participants Chakras.
Pendulums will be available for use during the class or students can bring there own pendulum to work with.
John’s Bio:
John has been practicing energetic healing for close to 25 years. John started practicing with The Healing Touch technique in the mid 90’s. Then moving to reiki and becoming a practicing Reiki Shimpenden (teacher and Master) 6 years ago. John has completed multiple trainings in tuning forks mediumship and sound healing.John has had a small stress healing practice for 7 years which melds all the healing modalities he has learned and gained by his communication with his Angels and Ascended Masters.
