Join Anthony Profeta, Meditation Teacher, for this unique, full-sensory Sound Bath Meditation Experience which will take place in the Foosaner Art Museum’s DOMED Harris Auditorium.
This dome design has a special effect on the refraction of the Soundwaves throughout the room and will make for an enveloping and unique sound meditation experience.
In addition, Anthony will be incorporating 2 MASSIVE CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS which are not used in his regular sound bath meditations. When played together, these 2 bowls can create a BINAURAL BEAT in the brain which has an extremely powerful healing and spiritual benefit.
During this meditation event, you are literally being “bathed” in sound wave energy. These vibrations can help to balance and align your energetic body, as well as, move your mind from the Beta and into an Alpha & possibly even Theta brainwave state which is a deep meditative state that leads to relaxation, rejuvenation, & healing.
