There are thousands of meditation methods. This is a good thing because we are all different people, with different tastes, temperaments, and minds. If there was only one method of meditation it couldn’t help every mind that is out there.

Our purpose is to find the one which resonates with our particular personality. Doing so will help us to more easily cultivate a consistent, daily practice. And that is the only way we will get anything out of our practice. Meditation needs to become as regular as brushing your teeth or taking a shower in order for the benefits to unfold for us.
