This SPECIAL Sound Bath Experience is for the promotion of Anthony’s new album “Natural Serenity”. The Sound Bath meditation will combine the serene sounds of the Singing Bowls with the soothing sounds of nature to create the ultimate environment for relaxation & peace.
If you are new to a “Sound Bath” Meditation it is a very therapeutic form of meditation because as sound waves “wash over your body”, they move the brain into the more relaxed alpha & theta brainwave states.
Sound meditations are wonderful for all types of meditators but are especially good for beginners because the tones & frequencies give the mind something to hold onto. And so, the sounds of the singing bowls, instruments, etc… helps to cut through the mental chatter and quiet the mind.
Additionally, according to some traditions, these specific tones corollate with the bodies 7 Major energy centers (chakras). And therefore, these vibrations can help to bring the energetic body back into alignment and balance.
