In this post I thought I would get together a bunch of meditation quotes and give you some wisdom and guidance from various teachers and thinkers throughout many different traditions and from many different backgrounds.
Each quote is a meditation in itself. So, here’s how to best use these essential teachings:
Read them one by one and any time one of the quotes jumps out or impacts you — stop — close your eyes for a minute, and meditate on its meaning in silence. Really, dive into the wisdom that touched you. Don’t just have an intellectual understanding, get a deeper feeling for what it truly means. Then continue on.
Enjoy! Good luck with your practice!
May all your days be filled with an abundance of love, happiness, & peace,
Anthony
